This funny looking fish will add good contrast to your community tank. They are mostly found on the surface of the water and because they can jump a tight fitting canopy is necessary.
When keeping this species in your community tank your other fish should be selected very carefully. Fin eaters like Barbs are really not a good idea. Bottom dwellers and peaceful tank mates though would not be any problem.
